ru-llm ("we", "us", "our") is an LLM gateway that gives developers in Russia unified access to leading AI models through a single API. This Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it when you use ru-llm.ai (the "Service").

1. Information We Collect

Account data. We collect the email address you use to sign in. Authentication and account credentials are handled by Ory Kratos, our identity service; we never store your password ourselves. Usage and billing records. For every request routed through the gateway we record metadata needed for billing and analytics: timestamp, the model you called, input and output token counts, and the computed cost. Payment data. When you top up your balance, we receive top-up and invoice metadata (amount, currency, transaction status) from our crypto payment processor. We do not store card numbers or wallet private keys. Request logs. We keep minimal request logs (timestamps, status codes, model identifiers) for debugging, security, and abuse prevention.

2. How Prompts and Completions Are Handled

To fulfil a request, ru-llm forwards your prompts and the model's completions to the upstream model provider that serves the model you selected. That handling is subject to the respective provider's own privacy and data-use policies. ru-llm does not use your prompts or the model outputs to train, fine-tune, or otherwise improve any models. We act only as a pass-through gateway between you and the upstream providers.

3. Payment Processing

Top-ups are processed by a third-party crypto payment processor. Payment is settled in cryptocurrency (such as USDT), and we receive only the transaction metadata required to credit your balance and issue invoices. We do not collect or store bank card data, card numbers, or wallet private keys.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We use only essential storage. An authentication session cookie keeps you signed in, and a language preference cookie remembers your chosen interface language (Russian or English). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account and removed when you delete it. Usage and billing records are kept while your account is active and as required for accounting and tax purposes. Minimal request logs are retained for a limited period for debugging and security, then deleted or anonymized.

6. Data Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards. All traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS/HTTPS. Authentication is delegated to Ory Kratos, access to our infrastructure is restricted and authenticated, and each account can access only its own data, keys, and usage records.

7. Your Rights

You can request access to the personal data we hold about you and ask for its correction. You can delete your account at any time; account deletion is supported and removes your account data from the Service. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@ru-llm.ai.

8. Third Parties

We share data only as needed to operate the Service: upstream model providers receive your prompts to generate completions; the crypto payment processor handles top-ups and invoicing; and our infrastructure and identity providers (including Ory Kratos) host and secure the platform. We do not sell your personal information.
